A terrible road accident has occurred in Kinnaur district of Himachal Pradesh. Five people have died on the spot in a tragic road accident that occurred on Wednesday afternoon.

The entire accident was so severe that the Bolero Camper vehicle was blown to pieces. After post-mortem was conducted at Reckong Peo Hospital in Kinnaur district, the bodies of the five deceased have been handed over to their families.

On the other hand, Kinnaur District Police Administration is engaged in the process of investigating the important causes of the entire road accident.

According to complete information received from Kinnaur District Police Administration, the Bolero Camper vehicle had left for Sangla for the road show.

But, as soon as the Bolero Camper vehicle went out of control at around 11 in the morning near Roghi Dakho on the Reckong Peo-Shilti-Karcham link road, it fell 500 feet below the bank of Sutlej river.

The entire road accident was reported to Reckong Peo police station of Kinnaur district police administration by the passersby passing through Roghi Dakho road.

As soon as information about the road accident was received, Reckong Peo police teams reached the spot and started relief and rescue operations with the help of policemen, home guards as well as local people.

After a lot of effort, the five bodies were taken out of the extremely deep ditch and taken to the Regional Reckong Peo Hospital. All five deceased worked in Mahindra showroom.

In the road accident, the driver of the Bolero Camper vehicle was Abhishek aged twenty-four years son of Rakesh Kumar Gram Panchayat Kalpa, Tanuj aged twenty-five years son of Late Sham Lal Gram Panchayat Khwaangi Kalpa, Arun aged twenty-nine years son of Indra Lal resident of Shong village, Upendra aged twenty-five years son of Ravindra Kumar Village Sapni and Sameer aged twenty-six years son Bhagat Chand village Barang district Kinnaur All Five people died on the spot.

Kinnaur District Police Administration SP Vivek Chahal, while confirming the road accident, said that Reckong Peo Police has conducted the post-mortem of the five deceased and handed over the bodies to their families.
