What’s the fun if you don’t drink Solkadhi this summer? 

So taste it while eating or after lunch, with ‘Soul Kadicha’ Chef Archana Arte Recipes! 

Ingredients:
1 Grated Coconut
2-3 Garlic cloves
1 Green Chilli
Water
Salt
5-6 Kokum
Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
Oil

Literature:
1 fried fresh coconut
2-3 garlic petals
1 green chilli
Water
Salt
5-6 Amsulan
Coriander
1/4 tsp mohori
Oil

Method:
To make coconut milk:
In a mixer bowl add the grated coconut, green chilli, garlic and some water & grind all the ingredients together.
With the help of a strainer, strain all the ingredients. Add salt and coriander leaves. Mix well. The coconut milk is ready.

For tadka:
Heat a pan. Add oil and mustard seeds. Once the mustard seeds start crackling, turn off the flame. The tadka is ready.
Add the tadka to the coconut milk.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve.
