MLA Rakesh Jamwal said that Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu is in a state of panic after the defeat in the Rajya Sabha elections and is also making vulgar statements about the representatives elected by the people. He himself has been elected by the public, so does that mean he is also a sheep? Apart from this, he is also calling the public representatives elected by the people as black snakes.
