Rahul Gandhi left for Chandigarh from Shimla by road at seven in the morning, from there he is scheduled to reach Delhi by air. In Delhi, Rahul Gandhi will go to Rajghat on the 154th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and offer floral tributes to Mahatma Gandhi as per the scheduled time.
