After seizing the properties of all the main accused in the much talked about cryptocurrency fraud case of Himachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh Police SIT has now started the action against all the agents. In the cryptocurrency fraud case, assets worth Rs 2 crore of the agents have also been seized. Himachal Pradesh Police SIT has so far seized movable and immovable property worth approximately Rs 21 crore of all the accused. Nineteen accused have been arrested so far in the cryptocurrency fraud scam of Rs 2500 crores, while a challan has also been presented in the court of Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, against the main accused in the cryptocurrency fraud case, Sukhdev, Hemraj, Abhishek. In the cryptocurrency fraud case, till now information about transactions from 2.5 lakh IDs of one lakh people has been received.

All the records of the main accused have been collected from Himachal Pradesh Revenue Department and Income Tax Department of Government of India. However, Himachal Pradesh Police SIT believes that the investigation process had slowed down due to the Dharamshala Assembly session.

During the Himachal Pradesh Assembly session, all the teams of Himachal Pradesh Police were providing their services in Dharamshala during the Assembly session, now Himachal Pradesh Police has started the investigation process at a fast pace.

Himachal Pradesh Police SIT claims that more agents have been arrested in the cryptocurrency fraud case.

Wherever the accused in the cryptocurrency fraud case are hiding, all those accused will be caught and brought forward.

The main accused in the cryptocurrency fraud case, Subhash and an engineer from Meerut are hiding in Dubai.

The process of bringing both the accused to Himachal Pradesh has also been expedited. Written discussions have been held with the Ministry of External Affairs of the Government of India regarding both the accused.

Himachal Pradesh Police DIG Abhishek Dullar told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the investigation process in the cryptocurrency fraud case has been intensified against all the agents with assets worth more than Rs 2 crore. If disproportionate assets are found, the entire asset will be confiscated.
