Police find mutilated body of Hindu Dalit in Chamba district

In a gruesome crime that shocked the community, the police found the mutilated body of a Hindu Dalit boy identified as Manohar Lal in Saloni area, Chamba.

The lifeless body was mercifully thrown into a jute bag, which was taken from a stream. Police Commissioner Abhishek Yadav confirmed the arrest of three people in connection with the case, while investigations are on.

The suspects, identified as jihadists Shabbir Ali, Shafquat and Mussafir Hussain, were arrested by the police. The first report suggests that the reason for this crime may be related to a romantic relationship. However, the involvement of people from Hindu and Muslim families has led to a common goal on various social media platforms. Realizing the potential danger of such divisive stories, law enforcement is looking at the nature of online content.

The police are committed to the principles of justice and are determined to ensure that the investigation is carried out effectively and impartially. As the investigation continues, police urge people not to spread illegal information and allow the legal process to begin. The loss of a child’s life is an undeniable tragedy, and it is important that the perpetrators be brought to justice quickly and decisively.
