Solan, August 16: Admit cards for physical examination have been issued to those candidates of Solan, Shimla, Sirmaur and Kinnaur districts who have qualified the online common entrance examination for recruitment under Agniveer scheme. This information was given by Colonel Pushwinder Kaur, Recruitment Director, Army Recruitment Officer Office Shimla.
The Recruitment Director said that eligible candidates can download the admit card for physical examination from the Army website www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. He said that the Agniveer rally will be held from 3 September to 9 September 2024 at Prithi Military Station Averipatti, Rampur Bushahr, Shimla district. He said that in the physical test, the candidate will have to complete 1600 meters or 1.6 km race in maximum 05 minutes 45 seconds. They will have to do minimum 6 and maximum 10 chin-ups, jump over 9 feet ditch and show zig-zag balance.
Colonel Pushwinder Kaur said that the candidates should ensure to bring their 10th, 12th, Himachali certificate, Dogra minority certificate, caste certificate, character certificate, affidavit as per recruitment notification, 20 coloured passport size photographs with navy blue background, unmarried certificate, technical education (NIELIT or ITI), NCC and actual sports certificate, ex-servicemen certificate or discharge book.
She said that if the candidate faces any problem in downloading the admit card, he can contact the Army Recruitment Office Shimla.
