Shimla – The functioning of the government has once again come under question due to the challan not being presented in the Himachal Pradesh High Court against the former secretary in the paper leak case of Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh.

Due to the dissolution of HAS officer Dr. Jitendra Kanwar, the Secretary as well as the Controller of Examinations has been present in the former Staff Selection Commission. Due to which the role of controller of examination is also being said to be important in every recruitment process examination of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission.

A few days ago, he was released from police remand and judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court after being in remand.

Due to continuous leniency being given to the former Secretary of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission in the most talked about paper leak case of Himachal Pradesh, questions are being raised on the poor functioning of all the investigating agencies of Himachal Pradesh as well as the Himachal Pradesh Government.

The challan against the former secretary of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission has not been produced in the Himachal Pradesh High Court due to delay in the process.

Also, on December 23, 2022, the first case of the entire paper leak case of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission was registered.

Hamirpur Vigilance Police Station of Himachal Pradesh has arrested five people including Uma Azad, who was suspended from the post of Senior Assistant in the Main Confidential Branch of the Staff Selection Commission.

Since then, after the confirmation of paper leak case of recruitment of fourteen post codes, till now thirteen FIRs have been registered in Hamirpur Vigilance Police Station.

HAS officer Dr. Jitendra Kanwar has been posted as Chief Secretary as well as Chief Controller of Examinations in Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission before its dissolution.

On the other hand, in every recruitment examination of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur, Dr. Since Jitendra Kanwar is considered to be playing the biggest role, his responsibility has also increased.

On the other hand, a few days ago, Dr. Jitendra Kanwar has been released after being in police remand and judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court.

Also, senior assistant professor of Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission, Uma Azad, who was suspended, has been kept behind the bars since December 23.

According to Himachal Pradesh legal experts, as much as Uma Azad is the culprit in the entire paper leak case of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, former Secretary of Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission, Dr. Jitendra Kanwar is being said to be equally guilty.

Due to which questions are being raised on the functioning of the Himachal Pradesh Government due to non-presentation of the challan process in the Himachal Pradesh High Court against the former Secretary of Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission, Dr. Jitendra Kanwar.

On the other hand, two challans have so far been presented in the Himachal Pradesh High Court against Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission Chief Senior Assistant Professor Uma Azad.

Also, Hamirpur Vigilance Police Station SP Rahul Nath told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that a challan will soon be presented in the Himachal Pradesh High Court against Dr. Jitendra Kanwar, former secretary of Hamirpur Staff Selection Commission. Hamirpur Vigilance Police Station SP Rahul Nath said that the charge sheet of Dr. Jitendra Kanwar has been sent to the headquarters of the capital Shimla for approval.
