Oyster mushroom became the basis of good economy of women

Women of Gauri Self Help Group in Hamirpur district of the state are doing mushroom cultivation these days. Oyster mushroom is being produced by them. It is rich in mushrooms and medicinal properties. Through this, medicines related to diagnosis of sugar, BP and blood deficiency and cholesterol are manufactured.

Women say that under NABARD they got training in oyster mushroom production. So far this group has sold 50 kilos of mushrooms, earning them about twenty thousand rupees. They hope that in the next few days the women of the groups will get good economic benefits.

And Dr. Vinod Kumar, who is working on this mushroom, told that this mushroom is combined with many qualities. That is why there is a good demand for it in the market. This mushroom is being sold at the rate of two hundred rupees per kg. Due to which the income of women has also improved.

Thirty such mushroom units have been set up in Hamirpur. Self-help groups are also being connected through Tata trust. Its high level means nutrition value is also high. And this is such a product that here we have such competition with it.

And this is its use, it ends the cash flow for the heart. And the sugar level goes on, BP and the one who is suffering from excessive blood loss, like a doctor’s blood deficiency, then it is completed by feeding it.

Now we are selling this in fresh rooms for two hundred rupees per kg and here we have made three hundred grams and there will be six point close for three hundred grams, the cost of which was about two lakh forty thousand.

Certainly, mushroom cultivation has proved effective in making the farmer families and women of the country and the state self-reliant. Along with this, it is also making agriculture a profitable deal.
