On the second day of the budget session of the Himachal Legislative Assembly, the opposition walked out of the house. Responding to the discussion on the stop work motion brought by the opposition under Rule 67, Chief Minister Sukhu said that the previous government did not appoint a single teacher in 455 schools. 4145 schools are running with the help of one teacher each. 12 thousand posts of teachers are vacant.

It would have been better if the former government had filled the vacant posts of teachers instead of opening new institutes. Dissatisfied with the CM’s reply, the opposition raised slogans in the House and the opposition MLAs walked out. The Chief Minister said that his government.

If the money is stuck, then it is Rs 45 crore from the Ayushman scheme of the Centre, which has not been received from the Central Government. 3RD DAY BUDGET SESSION

The Budget session started on a high note as rival slogans of Modi, Modi, and Jodo Jodo Bharat Jodo echoed in Parliament on Wednesday during Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharamans Budget speech. As Finance Minister Sitharaman began her Budget speech, slogans were raised from both sides in the Lok Sabha.

The episode was evidence of Congress’s clear intention which is believed to be coming well-prepared to counter the Central government during the Budget session. This Budget session is expected to be stormy with the opposition parties seeking to raise several issues of their concern.

The multi-party meeting chaired by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday ahead of the Budget session made it clear that the opposition parties will try to corner the government by raising issues including those related to Adani stocks and the BBC documentary.

During the meeting, the opposition parties asked the government to discuss the issue concerning Adani stocks saying it concerns the economy of the country and the people. The parties that raised the issue included RJD, CPI-M, CPI, Aam Aadmi Party AAP, and National Conference.
