NCC Under Officer Santosh of Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government College Nahan in Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh will participate in the Republic Day Parade to be held on the kartavya path on Friday, 26 January in the capital of India, New Delhi. The entire Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government College Nahan management and HP Inter Company NCC Unit Nahan are extremely excited and proud on the selection of NCC Cadet Santosh for the main parade of the kartavya path on Friday, 26 January in the capital of India, New Delhi. NCC Cadet Santosh is currently a third year student of BA course in Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government College, Nahan and Santosh is originally the daughter of Sher Singh of Balar village of Sangrah tehsil. NCC in-charge Lieutenant Dr. Pankaj told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that only two NCC cadets, Santosh and Chetna, were selected from HP Inter Company NCC Unit Nahan. In the final phase of the selection process, Santosh will represent Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh NCC Directorate in New Delhi, the capital of India.

NCC in-charge Lieutenant Dr. Pankaj said that for the first time an NCC student cadet from Dr. Yashwant Singh Parmar Government College, Nahan has been selected today for the parade to be organized on the kartavya path.
