In all the 17 seats of Mayor, BJP has won many seats, while BJP is very close to winning the rest of the seats. State CM Yogi Adityanath has expressed his reaction on this immense success of the party.
Yogi Adityanath congratulated all party workers by tweeting on the huge victory in the civic elections. Along with this, he also congratulated the country’s PM Narendra Modi. At the same time, he congratulated the people of the state from the bottom of his heart for forming a triple engine government.

BJP’s performance in civic elections was like this
In Uttar Pradesh civic elections, results have come for a total of 17 Municipal Corporations, 199 Municipal Councils and 544 Nagar Panchayats. In this, out of 17 municipal corporation seats, BJP has won only 17 seats in its name. Apart from this, BJP has won about 98 seats in 199 Nagar Palika Parishads. At the same time, in 544 Nagar Panchayat elections, BJP has won more than 190 seats till now. Apart from this, in the by-elections held on two seats of Swar and Chanbe, BJP also won with the alliance.
