The Rouse Avenue Court has issued an order to preserve the CCTV footage on the campus misbehavior with Manish Sisodia. There will now be production on July 19.
Manish Sisodia has been relieved from personal appearance in the money laundering case related to the Delhi liquor scam. Now the production will be done through video conferencing. The judicial custody has been extended for 14 days. Now there will be an appearance on July 19 in the ED case. On the other hand, the Rouse Avenue Court has issued an order to preserve the CCTV footage on the campus misbehavior with Manish Sisodia.
On the other hand, the Delhi Police filed a petition in the court on Thursday and demanded that Manish Sisodia be produced through video conferencing. Police said that there is a lot of crowd during the production in the court, on one side the media and on the other side the Aam Aadmi Party leaders create a crowd in the premises. In such a situation, there is a lot of difficulty in bringing and going with the accused.
It is worth noting that Special Judge MK Nagpal has clearly said that the decision on the petition has not been given yet. Sisodia will be produced in the court through video conferencing and there will be no personal appearance. Today Manish Sisodia was produced through video conferencing. Earlier, cognizance was taken on the supplementary charge sheet against Manish Sisodia in the money laundering case.
