Mandi News : Researchers from Indian Institute of Technology Mandi have investigated the possibility of plants and fibers to prevent incidents like landslides. The results of which have recently been published in the famous general of science and sentiments.
This research has been published in collaboration with IIT Mandi school civil and environmental engineering department assistant professor Dr. Vikent Uday and engineering department assistant professor Dr. Arnab Bhavsar and research scholars Miss Charu and Manendra.
It has been told in this research that soil erosion has far-reaching effects on the land, which not only reduces the fertility of the soil, but also reduces the water-holding capacity of the soil, and soil erosion also damages the environment. .
And at the same time it has also been said in this research that soil erosion should be investigated for development and construction works in Himachal, so that construction works will remain strong for a long time.
