The ashram’s cook and assistant are given Rs 4,000 each and other assistants are given Rs 3,200 as salary. This salary is given according to the rules made by the government in 2011. But now even the employees are unable to work at such low wages. There are some elders in the ashram who have to depend on one employee for every work.
