According to Kullu Police, the massive fire incident occurred at the Rustic Wood Restaurant when a party of students of Paul Technical College was going on here.
Suddenly, a massive fire broke out in the store of Rustic Wood Restaurant, causing a stampede among the students to save their lives.
The flames became so intense that the female employee of the Rustic Wood Restaurant got buried near the store room and died due to suffocation in the fire.
Four other people were also injured after getting buried in the store room of the Rustic Wood Restaurant, whose condition is said to be critical in the Regional Hospital, Kullu.
An employee, Mamta, aged twenty-three years, daughter of Kiran Kumar, resident of Tipper, Post Office Larji, District Mandi, has died due to a massive fire in the store room of Rustic Wood Restaurant.
Along with this, Nitika aged 21 years resident of Shilah, Manikaran, Kullu, Lalit aged 21 years resident of Barkhol, Balichowki, Mandi, Aman aged 21 years resident of Sardwar, Mandi and another person have been seriously injured whose condition is said to be critical in the Regional Hospital Kullu.
