Kullu: Rescue work continues after heavy rain, District Magistrate issued orders for school shifting

Kullu, 02 August: Rescue work has been resumed after heavy rains stopped in the district. District Magistrate Kullu Torul Ravish visited the affected areas and ordered to shift the primary school New Kundan to another government building. Along with this, children of secondary and senior secondary schools will also be shifted to other schools.

The District Magistrate has distributed an amount of Rs 1 lakh 25 thousand to provide immediate relief to the affected and victims. She also informed that work is going on at a fast pace to restore power supply in the area.

SDM Nirmand, Manmohan and other officers and local people were also present on this occasion.
