On Thursday, hundreds of tourists from Himachal Pradesh gathered to have a lot of fun in the snow by reaching Rohtang Pass situated at an altitude of ten thousand two hundred and eighty feet.
To increase the number of tourists in Rohtang Pass, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) has also started sixteen to thirty-five seater traveler bus service. Tourists are reaching Rohtang Pass in increased numbers.
The fare for the tourist bus service run by HPTDC from Manali to Rohtang Pass has been fixed at only Rs 700 to see the snow.
On the other hand, due to increasing cold, the number of tourists is decreasing towards Kullu-Manali.
Himachal Pradesh’s International Kullu Dussehra Festival Mahakumbh has also not proved to be special for HPTDC to attract all the tourists.
Due to which now all the tourism businessmen of Manali have their eyes fixed on Diwali and the winter season of Himachal Pradesh.
On the other hand, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) has started traveler bus service for all the tourists from Manali to Rohtang Pass for two weeks to see the snow.
In view of the increasing number of tourists, sixteen to thirty-five seater buses are being run especially for tourists.
Rampal, Assistant Manager, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC), Manali, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the traveler bus service run by HPTDC from Manali to Rohtang Pass brings on an average sixteen tourists every day to see the snow in Rohtang Pass. reaching up.
Tourists are seen having fun on the snow at a height of ten thousand two hundred and eighty feet of Rohtang Pass.
The initial fare of the special traveler bus service being run by the HPTDC Board from Manali to Rohtang Pass has been fixed at only Rs 700 per seat.
To increase the number of tourists in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation (HPTDC) is thinking of operating more types of buses.
HPTDC Board told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that soon after Manali to Rohtang Pass, another traveler bus service from Manali to Baralacha Pass will also be started to increase the number of tourists.
