First Person Kidnapped in Manali.. Allegations of Fake Signature on Stamp Paper
Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kullu, March 04: An incident of kidnapping of a person and a conspiracy to grab Rs 25 lakh has come to light in the tourist town of Manali in Himachal Pradesh. As soon as Manali Police received the complaint, action has been started in the entire matter.

In the complaint submitted to the Manali police station, Kehar Singh, son of Dasu Ram, village Shuru, Post Office Prini has alleged that in the evening of March 1, Vijay Kumar, along with his friends, forcefully made her sit in the car and then took him 18 miles to Bran. After the assault, Vijay Kumar forcefully got it written on the stamp paper that he had taken Vijay Kumar’s wife to a hotel, where the woman was raped.
To avoid the case, a demand of Rs 25,00,000 was made. After this, Vijay Kumar took him to Kullu and there his signature and thumb impression were taken on stamp paper in front of a notary. It is also alleged that after kidnapping, an amount of Rs 75,000 was transferred from the Google Pay of Kehar Singh mobile phone to the account of Vijay Kumar’s wife. After this, money was also withdrawn from the ATM by snatching the ATM card.
On the other hand, DSP Manali KD Sharma told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that a complete case has been registered on the complaint of Kehar Singh and investigation has been started.
