Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Dharamshala, March 28:Â In view of the Chaitra Navratri fairs running from April 9 to April 18 at Shri Jawalaji Shaktipeeth, there will be a complete ban on all types of weapons and explosive materials in the Jawalamukhi Municipal Council area from April 8, 2024 to April 19, 2024. SDM Jawalamukhi Dr. Sanjeev Sharma has issued instructions in this regard.

SDM Jawalamukhi Dr. Sanjeev Sharma said that this decision has been taken in view of the safety of the passengers and devotees at Shri Jawalaji Shaktipeeth during the Chaitra Navratri fairs. SDM said that all kinds of arrangements have been made to ensure that Chaitra Navratri passes in an organized and peaceful manner.
Therefore, the residents of Jawalamukhi Municipal Council area and the visiting devotees are requested not to keep any kind of weapon and ammunition with them. This ban will be strictly enforced by the administration.
