Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Dharamshala, May 31As per the order of the Election Commission, as soon as the election campaign period ended at 6 pm on Thursday, security personnel conducted a flag march in Dharamshala to give the message of conducting the election process peacefully and transparently.During the flag march, Kangra District Election Officer and DC Hemraj Bairwa and Kangra District Superintendent of Police Shalini Agnihotri were also present.

Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa said that strong security arrangements have been made to conduct the election process smoothly in Kangra district. Along with this, people are being motivated to vote in large numbers through flag march so that there is no fear among the voters.He said that voting is necessary for a strong democracy and vote is the power of the voters, all voters must participate in the voting process.
