Kangra News: Policeman Posted Near Dhangupir Railway Bridge Committed Suicide By Shooting Himself With Service Rifle.
A police personnel HASI Vijay Kumar posted on police guard at Dhangu railway bridge adjacent to Dhangupir outpost under Damtal police station in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh has committed suicide by shooting himself with his service rifle. As soon as the information about the entire matter was received, Rajpal Thakur, station in-charge of police post Dhangupir, reached the spot with his team, collected all the evidence and sent it for forensic investigation report. All the evidences of suicide are being examined closely by the Himachal Pradesh SFL forensic team that reached the spot Dhangu Railway Bridge.
Also, blood samples have been collected by Dr. Hitesh Patial from the spot Dhangu Railway Bridge and sent for testing.
Bullets and empty shells of service rifle have also been recovered from the spot Dhangu Railway Bridge by the teams of Dhangupir police post. Five bullets have been found in the service rifle.
The police employee who committed suicide by shooting himself was identified by Rajpal Thakur, station in-charge of Dhangupir police post As HASI Vijay Kumar CRB Guard No. 1 S/o Jaisi Ram resident of village Tyora Tehsil Indora Kangra District.
After registering a case of complete suicide by Dhangupir police post in-charge Rajpal Thakur, the body of HASI Vijay Kumar has been sent to Noorpur hospital for post-mortem. The incident of complete suicide has been confirmed by DSP Noorpur Vishal Verma to Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma.
