Kangra News : Indigo flights from Delhi to Kangra canceled due to bad weather, see list
Kangra News : In view of bad weather, Indigo flight from Delhi did not reach Kangra’s Gaggal airport, due to which about 55 to 60 passengers were sent to their respective destinations through private taxis and buses.
Due to bad weather and fog, IndiGo flights and all flights from Delhi were cancelled, due to which passengers going from Himachal Pradesh to Delhi have to travel to Delhi through expensive private taxis and buses, Gaggal Airport. With the cooperation of the management and Airport Authority of India, about 55 to 60 passengers were sent to Delhi through the airlines’ aircraft, while all the remaining passengers were sent to Chandigarh through private taxis by the Airport Authority of India Gaggal Airport.
According to the information received by Diary Times correspondent Anushka Thackeray, according to the schedule of Airport Authority of India and Gaggal Airport Management, Indigo plane has to reach Gaggal Airport at 8.15 in the morning but Indigo plane did not reach Gaggal Airport on Sunday, Airport Authority of India Civil. Director of Gaggal Airport Management, Dhirendra Singh, informed the passengers through information that due to bad weather and fog, Indigo aircraft could not reach Gaggal Airport.
There was panic among about 55 to 60 passengers present at Gaggal Airport, due to which the passengers were hurriedly sent to their respective destinations through private taxis and buses with the help of Gaggal Airport management.
