Kangra News: Ex Armyman Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotiya Away House Burgled In Kangra Himachal Pradesh

At the house of an ex-serviceman resident of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, teams of thieves stole jewelery worth lakhs of rupees kept in the cupboard of the house along with eighteen bottles of English liquor kept in the refrigerator for a family function to be organized at the house of the ex-serviceman. A report of loss worth lakhs of rupees has been lodged with the Kangra District Police Administration due to absconding with the bottles.

Ex-serviceman retired Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotiya, resident of ward number five under Batrahan Gram Panchayat of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, lodged an FIR report of complete theft in Raihan police post of Kangra district police administration, the entire incident has been confirmed.

Also, former retired soldier Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotia, resident of ward number five of Batrahan Gram Panchayat of Kangra district, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that he himself was providing his services in ECH Pathankot after retirement for a long time. Due to serving in ECH Pathankot, Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotia is living in Pathankot with his family members.
Former retired soldier Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotia told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the house of ward number five of Batrahan Gram Panchayat in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh was lying closed for a long time.
Also, Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotia told that his old mother is living alone next to his house in Batrahan and taking care of the house.
But suddenly on Wednesday night, when Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotiya reached his house in Ward No. 5 of Batarahan, he saw the door of the main gate open and inquired with the local people. After that, when he opened the door of his house and entered, he saw that the house was empty. Inside, the thieves had destroyed all the belongings in the house.
Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotia told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that after scattering all the household items, the thieves made away with the gold jewelery kept in the cupboard and eighteen bottles of English fruit liquor kept in the refrigerator for family functions.
On the other hand, ASI Sunil Kumar of Raihan Police Post of Kangra District Police Administration, while confirming the entire theft incident, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that an FIR has been registered for the theft that took place at the house of Subedar Balwan Singh Mankotiya. Also, the teams of Raihan police post and Himachal Pradesh SFL forensic teams have reached Subedar’s house and started the investigation process of the entire theft case.
