Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 13:Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut, daughter of Bhambla village of Sarkaghat assembly of Mandi district, who is going to debut her politics from Mandi parliamentary constituency of Himachal Pradesh, the second largest Lok Sabha of India, is truly the queen of property.BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut, who reached the District Election Office to file her nomination on Tuesday, is the owner of property worth crores.According to the income details submitted to the Returning Officer, the total movable and immovable assets of BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut have been stated to be Rs 91 crore 66 lakh, in which Kangana’s movable property is worth Rs 28.73 crore and Kangana’s immovable property is worth Rs 62.92 crore.

Currently, Kangana has a loan of Rs 17.38 crore. Kangana seems to be fond of cars because she has four cars in her fleet, including two Mercedes cars and one BMW car, in which the price of two Mercedes cars is Rs 3.91 crore and Rs 58.65 lakh respectively. Also, the price of BMW car is Rs 98.25 lakh. Kangana has opened her accounts in eight banks and has also invested in fifty policies of Life Insurance Corporation. Apart from this, Kangana has also invested Rs 1 crore 21 lakh in the share market. Along with Bollywood film companies, Kangana has also given personal loans to eleven people.

Let us tell you that Kangana is also the owner of gold jewelery worth more than six kilos, the current value of all the gold jewelery is more than five crores, And Kangana is the owner of more than 60 kg of silver jewellery, the current value of all the silver jewelery is more than 50 lakhs. Not only this, Kangana is also the owner of diamonds worth three crores. Presently Kangana carries two lakh cash with her.

Talking about properties, Kangana owns four apartments in Zirakpur, Chandigarh, one apartment in Manali in Kullu district and one apartment in Bandra, Maharashtra state. In which the price of Kangana’s apartment in Bandra is Rs 23.98 crore and the price of an apartment in Manali in Kullu district is Rs 4.97 crore. Kangana is also the owner of many residential buildings in Mayanagari Mumbai.

Thirty-seven-year-old BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut has declared her annual income of Rs 4.12 crore in her income tax return for the financial year 2022-23. Kangana has completed her 12th class studies from DAV Model School, Chandigarh in the year 2003.

Three cases have also been registered against Kangana Ranaut in two police stations in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Out of which two cases are of defamation and one of copyright and inciting religious sentiments. Till now no summons has been sent to Kangana Ranaut in all three cases.
