Solan, October 22: With the efforts of the state government, now the unemployed youth of the state will get better employment opportunities abroad. To fulfill this objective, a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the state government and the UAE-based agency EFS Facilities India Private Limited regarding foreign employment. This information was given here today by District Employment Officer Jagdish Kumar.

Jagdish Kumar said that the UAE-based agency EFS Facilities India Private Limited is registered with the Ministry of External Affairs of the Central Government. He said that according to the MoU, skilled and unskilled unemployed youth of the state will now be able to get employment in the United Arab Emirates. He said that this agency is providing employment opportunities in the United Arab Emirates for 500 skilled and unskilled unemployed youth of the state. He said that these posts are technical and non-technical at nuclear power plant Barakh, power plant located in Abu Dhabi, Provis School, Abu Dhabi and bike riders for delivering goods in Dubai.

The District Employment Officer said that the age limit for various technical and non-technical posts has been fixed between 21 to 40 years. The qualification has been fixed as 10th pass, ITI in electrician, carpenter, plumber, lift operator, machine operator, assistant technician, HVAC, mason and painter etc. Interested candidates should have a valid passport and basic English skills. The selected candidate will be paid a monthly salary of Rs 1 lakh 14 thousand 450.

He said that the age limit for the post of bike riders in Dubai has been fixed between 21 to 40 years. The qualification has been fixed as 10th pass, basic English skills. Interested candidates should have an Indian driving license and a valid passport. The selected candidate will be paid Rs 34 thousand as salary and Rs 26 thousand as other conditional allowances. The candidates selected for bike riders will be provided accommodation, bike, petrol and local SIM card. They will be given two months training and food allowance of Rs 7 thousand will be provided during the training period.

Jagdish Kumar said that the candidates selected for technical and non-technical posts in Abu Dhabi will be provided accommodation. He said that for Abu Dhabi stepping visa, candidates will have to come to Delhi for medical examination. He said that interested candidates can send their CV to the email of District Employment Officer Office Solan – deo-sol-hp@nic.in. He said that the details of the applicants will be shared with the said agency as per rules for the upcoming selection process.
