The team is continuously engaged in restoring the facilities on war footing day and night, while on the other hand Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board is issuing show cause notices to all the employees and engineers without desisting from their last antics.

Where to say, the Chief Minister of the state, Honorable Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and his cabinet team are seen praising the frontline workers for showing a clear mirror to the public in many programs, and the hard work of the employees and engineers who are working continuously for 24 hours on a war footing. HPSEBL board is not visible due to not being aware of the ground reality.
Even before this HPSEBL board has done arbitrariness –
Even before protesting in the interest of HPSEBL employees and engineers and ignoring their demands, the board management has taken many wrong decisions, which shows that the board management is continuously proving incapable of running a board like HPSEBL, And the main reason for this is the continuous wrong decisions taken by the board management for employees and engineers by HPSEBL, the board management is constantly flouting its own rules in such a way that all the tenders above 50000 are first decided by the board management on its adamant decision. Was doing it in online mode by riding and in Himachal Pradesh’s heart-wrenching disaster like rains, floods and landslides, the board management, realizing its mistake, allowed the tender of 2 lakhs to be done offline without any information, this As soon as the news of the matter came to light, the board management turned an unheard of his words despite protests by the Himachal Engineers Power Association.
When will OPS be implemented in HPSEBL?
Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Mr. Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has announced many times that we will definitely implement OPS in HPSEBL, despite his announcement, the board management is constantly flouting it, as a result of which OPS has not yet been implemented in HPSEBL. And the board management is not desisting from efforts to hang it.
Board management is proving unsuccessful even in appointments
If seen, the Board Management is spending its entire time in issuing show cause notices to employees and engineers, and yet neglecting to consider the wrong decisions taken by the Board Management itself.
In March 2023, HPPSC declared the results of 55 posts of Assistant Engineers in a hurry, but the board management is not deterring from its negligence and despite continuous shortage of Engineers in HPSEBL departments, when will Assistant Engineers be appointed. Could not find out about it.
Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board is a regulated entity which has to follow all the important norms as per HPERC, but the board fails to present the wrong decisions of management staff and engineers to HPERC and also instead of challenging it in tribunal The board management is continuously working day and night to restore the facilities and is issuing show cause notices to the engineers and employees.
The post of regular Managing Director of the board has been stuck for a long time.
Himachal Engineers Power Association will present all these issues to the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Mr. Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu and demand from him about the continuous politics by the Board Management in HPSEBL and the regular appointment of Managing Director in HPSEBL which has been stuck for a long time.
