The annual examinations of Himachal Pradesh School Education Board for the academic session 2023-24 will start from Friday. On the first day, the examination for class 12th English subject will be held across the state from 8:45 am to 12:00 noon. The Education Board has completed preparations for the annual examination.

Secretary of Himachal Pradesh School Education Board, Dr. Major Vishal Sharma said that on Friday, the examination of class 12th English subject will be conducted in around 2258 various examination centers established in the state. During this period, around 80 thousand candidates will appear for the exam.

This exam will be held from 8:45 am to 12:00 noon. He told that to prevent cheating during the examination, the Education Board will also keep an eye through fliers and CCTV cameras. Apart from this, the candidates cheating will also be monitored through CCTV cameras from the district headquarters.

The annual examinations of class 10th will start from March 2. There will be an examination for Mathematics subject on the first day, while around 95 thousand students will appear for class 10th. This time the State Open School examinations are also being conducted with the regular candidates.
