In the Himachal Pradesh paper leak case, the team of Himachal Pradesh Vigilance in Hamirpur district has arrested the main accused Uma Azad, who dealt with the entire JE civil recruitment exam paper, the main candidate who dealt with the JE paper, Mukesh Kumar, as well as Mukesh Kumar’s father Ranjit Singh and All the dismissed traffic inspectors of Himachal Pradesh Police have been interrogated in separate rooms in the entire Himachal Pradesh paper leak case.
Big revelation made in SIT investigation in Himachal Pradesh paper leak case –
In the most talked about Himachal Pradesh paper leak case, the Special Investigation Team (SIT) formed by the Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Team arrested all the accused in the entire case of leaking of JE Civil Recruitment exam paper by paying two lakh rupees. On Monday, all the evidence was collected by interrogating each room in different ways in Vigilance Police Station Hamirpur district.
In the Himachal Pradesh paper leak case, the four main accused, who traded for JE civil recruitment exam paper by paying Rs 2 lakh, have been kept in remand at the Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Police station on Tuesday.
Today once again the four main accused will be produced in the judicial custody of Hamirpur District Sessions Court.
On Monday, Himachal Pradesh Vigilance arrested Uma Azad, the main accused in the Himachal Pradesh paper leak case, Mukesh Kumar, the candidate who dealt with the JE Civil Recruitment Exam paper, as well as Mukesh Kumar’s father Ranjit Singh and all the dismissed traffic police inspectors of Himachal Pradesh Police. All the evidence has been collected by interrogating the entire case in different rooms.
During the interrogation of all the accused, one thing has become completely true in Himachal Pradesh Vigilance that a deal was made by paying Rs 2 lakh for the entire question paper of Post Code No. 970 JE Civil Recruitment Examination.
Traffic Inspector Ravi Kumar, who was dismissed from the post of Himachal Pradesh Traffic Police Inspector, confessed that he himself had purchased the question paper of JE Civil Recruitment Exam. After purchasing the question paper, he started searching for the candidates for his own benefit.
Amidst this search, Himachal Pradesh Traffic Inspector Ravi Kumar had made a deal to buy the paper from Mukesh Kumar, a candidate of JE Civil Recruitment Examination.
JE Civil Recruitment exam candidate Mukesh Kumar and his father Ranjit Singh had started a conversation with Traffic Inspector Ravi Kumar regarding the question paper. Due to fear of disruption of the exam, Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar started talking to candidate Mukesh Kumar and his father Ranjit Singh. Singh was made to talk to the main accused, senior assistant Uma Azad, posted in the secret branch of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission. After the entire conversation, Ravi Kumar along with JE Civil Recruitment exam candidate Mukesh Kumar and his father Ranjit Singh bought the question paper by paying Rs 2 lakh.
JE Civil Recruitment Examination candidate Mukesh Kumar and his father Ranjit Singh, after purchasing the question paper, gave two lakh rupees to Traffic Inspector Ravi Kumar and gave the entire amount of two lakh rupees to Senior Assistant Uma Azad posted in the Main Confidential Branch of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission. The amount of two lakh rupees was given To Uma Azad.
Investigation by Himachal Pradesh Vigilance has also revealed that after the question paper of JE Civil Recruitment Examination was leaked, this question paper was distributed to the candidates of some other post codes, due to which an inquiry was conducted by Himachal Pradesh Vigilance to catch all the candidates. Its all Investigation being done by Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Formed Special Investigation Team (SIT).
The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Himachal Pradesh Vigilance has started a search operation for all the candidates of JE Civil Recruitment Examination.
On the other hand, Uma Azad, senior assistant posted in the confidential branch of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, has also been arrested by Himachal Pradesh Vigilance on December 23, 2022 in the paper leak case of JOA IT recruitment examination.
Due to which the main accused Uma Azad has also been sent to the judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
Due to which the main accused Uma Azad was recently transferred by the team of Himachal Pradesh Special Investigation SIT from the Himachal Pradesh High Court to the police administrative custody for some time in the investigation of JE Civil Recruitment Examination.
Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar had also got the paper of Traffic Inspector Recruitment Exam leaked-
Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar, who was dismissed before the recruitment examination of Traffic Inspector of post code number 819 of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, with the help of the main accused Uma Azad, leaked the question paper of Traffic Police Inspector Recruitment Examination by obtaining it.Himachal Pradesh Vigilance was done all hearing from one by one with all accused of Himachal Pradesh Paper Leak Case.
During investigation by Himachal Pradesh Vigilance, dismissed Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar revealed that the entire deal was done for Rs 1 lakh.
Due to which, after passing the Traffic Police Inspector recruitment examination, Ravi Kumar was appointed in the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) office of Kangra District Headquarters.
But Himachal Pradesh Police Special Investigation Team (SIT), giving seriousness to the paper leak case of Traffic Police Inspector Recruitment Examination, registered the entire case in Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Police Station Hamirpur on March 22, 2023 and arrested the main accused, Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar Was arrested By Himachal Pradesh Vigilance.
Traffic Police Inspector Ravi Kumar was dismissed from the post of Traffic Police Inspector by Himachal Pradesh Transport Directorate due to the complete judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh Police and Himachal Pradesh High Court.
In the entire paper leak case of JE Civil Recruitment Examination of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, all the main accused will be taken to the remand of Himachal Pradesh Vigilance Police Station Hamirpur and sent to judicial custody on Tuesday. Today on Tuesday, all the main accused are being produced in the judicial custody of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
