Mandi, November 10: Naib Subedar Rakesh Kumar of Balh subdivision of Mandi district, serving in the Indian Army, has been martyred in an encounter between terrorists in Kishtwar, Jammu Kashmir. The martyr’s body will reach Kangnidhar helipad in Mandi city via helicopter at 10 am on Monday. From where the martyr’s body will be brought to his native village Barnog via army vehicle. After which the martyr Naib Subedar Rakesh Kumar wrapped in the tricolor will be given a final farewell.

Martyr Naib Subedar Rakesh Kumar has left behind his mother Bhatti Devi, wife Piya, 14-year-old Yashasvi daughter and 9-year-old son Pranay.
