Himachal: Wife killed… hid the body in the room for 3 days, police arrested the accused

Shimla, October 29: A case of heinous murder has come to light in Kotkhai of Shimla district. The husband killed his wife very brutally and after locking her body in the room, absconded with the three-year-old child. The body of the woman remained in the house for three days. When the smell came, the people living nearby informed the police and the case was revealed. The police arrested the murderous husband within four hours of registering the FIR. The accused has been arrested from Narkanda in Shimla. The innocent child has also been recovered from him. The murderer has killed his wife by hitting her with an iron tool.

In fact, Ramesh of Nepali origin used to work in the apple orchard of orchardist Rajendra Singh Karar. He was living with his wife and three-year-old child in a shed built by the orchardist. Three days ago, the couple had an argument over something and the accused Ramesh hit his wife on the head with a digging tool. Due to which she was badly bled and died on the spot. After this, the accused hid the body of his wife under the quilt in the room itself and absconded with the child. When the smell spread due to the body lying in the room for three days, the people living near the shed informed the orchardist Rajinder Singh about it. After this, he informed the police.
The police took the body into custody and started investigation and started searching for the absconding murderer. Within four hours, the murderer was arrested in Narkanda, Shimla. SP Shimla said that action is being taken by registering a murder case against the accused in Kotkhai police station. The police arrested the accused within four hours of receiving the information.
