Himachal Unique Case Of Deputation

It is not known whether such orders have been given before or not, but it is a fact that Deepti Singh, Principal of Government Senior Secondary School, Kaulan Wala Bhud under Nahan development block of Sirmour, has been sent on deputation to Himachal Bhawan Delhi.
Orders have been issued at the level of Education Secretary Rakesh Kanwar. According to the notification received, instructions have also been given to the Principal of Kaulan Wala Bhud School to join duty at many places. This notification has been issued on 16 March. That is, it was issued even before the Election Code of Conduct came into force. However, it is not clear from where the salary will be withdrawn, but experts related to the matter say that only the Higher Education Department of Sirmour will pay the salary.

Experts related to the matter say that there is a quota of deputation in UT from the Education Department. But that also happens in the education department. The meaning of deputation in Himachal Bhawan, Delhi is beyond comprehension.

Not only this, Prerna Arora, Head Master of Government High School, Banahan Ki Ser, has been sent on deputation to the office of the Deputy Director of Higher Education Department, Una. These office orders were issued on March 12, 2024. The office order was issued at the level of Director of Higher Education Department. A copy of this order is also available.
On the other hand, Director of Higher Education Department Amarjit Singh said in the conversation that he cannot say anything about the deputation to Delhi, however, he can definitely tell after knowing the reason for the deputation of the head master from Banahan Ki Ser School. He said that the reason must have been important, that is why the head master must have been sent from Sirmour to Una on deputation.
