Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 04:On May 2, heart-breaking obscene acts took place with a fourteen-year-old girl studying in class nine in the Government High School in Shimla district of Himachal Pradesh.
The accused Yogendra, a teacher of drawing subject of the same Government High School, in the name of extra class, took her alone after 4 pm and showed a nude video of a girl on his mobile phone and did obscene acts with the girl’s chest and private parts.

The mother of a 14-year-old student has lodged a complaint against the accused drawing teacher Yogendra in the local police station of Shimla Police.
With immediate effect, the police station in-charge has registered a case against the accused Yogendra for molestation of a minor and all other criminal sections under the POCSO Act and after recording the statement of the victim under 164 CrPC before the magistrate today, the accused Yogendra will be arrested.
