Himachal: Shimla bank employee dies on the spot after Alto car falls into a 50 feet deep gorge, another person is in critical condition
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Sangrah, June 16 :A heartbreaking incident has come to light in which an Alto car suddenly went out of control and rolled into a deep gorge on the Lana Cheta road under the Chokar Bandal Gram Panchayat of the Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh.
In this entire tragic accident, one person died on the spot while the other person was seriously injured and his condition is said to be critical at Nauhradhar Hospital.
Sangrah police station in-charge said that on last Sunday at 10 am, an Alto car suddenly went out of control and fell into a 50 feet deep ditch on the Lana Cheta road under Chokar Bandal Gram Panchayat.
On receiving the information of the entire incident, the Sangrah Police Station In-charge and his team immediately reached the spot and took the body of the deceased person in their possession and got the postmortem done. Along with this, the investigation process has been started by registering the entire case.
Sangrah police station in-charge said that the person who died in the tragic accident is a bank employee in the capital Shimla.
Sangrah police station in-charge identified the deceased bank employee as Hansraj, 44 years old, son of Bhagatram, resident of Chokar Bandal Gram Panchayat.
Also, the seriously injured youth Ankush, age 24 years, resident of Chadna, is said to be in critical condition in Nauhradhar Hospital.
Sangrah Police Station Incharge informed that the deceased Hansraj and the seriously injured youth Ankush were maternal uncle and nephew.
SDM Sangdah Sunil Kayath said that the Sangrah police station in-charge had got the post-mortem of the dead bank employee Hansraj’s body done and handed it over to the relatives.
Sunil Kayth said that Tehsildar Nauhradhar has been informed to give immediate relief amount to the family of the deceased bank employee Hansraj.
