Himachal Secretariat Clerk Recruitment: Dhaba Owner Sohan Singh and Traffic Inspector Ravi Kumar Arrested, Facing High Court
After many important evidences found by Vigilance Police Station Hamirpur, the two main accused in the Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Examination, Sohan Singh and Ravi Kumar, have been arrested. According to Vigilance Hamirpur, more big names are going to be arrested in the post code 962 recruitment examination case.

- HP Paper Leak Case: Two Accused Including Dhaba Owner Arrested In Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Paper Leak Case.
Two more accused have been arrested on Friday in connection with the Paper leak of the Secretariat Clerk recruitment paper conducted earlier under the State Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur, which has been dissolved by the Himachal Pradesh Government.
Himachal Pradesh Vigilance has arrested Sohan Singh, who runs a dhaba in front of the office of State Selection Commission, Hamirpur, Main Resident of Dhundhala Tehsil, Bangana District, Una, and suspended traffic inspector Ravi Kumar.
Both the accused have been arrested by Vigilance Hamirpur in the case of Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Examination conducted under Post Code-962.
During the investigation process of Vigilance, question papers of Secretariat Clerk recruitment examination were found on the mobile phones of both the accused.
For the first time on 29 April 2023, an FIR was registered by Vigilance Hamirpur against the main accused Sohan Singh of post code-962.
Three separate FIRs have been lodged against the main accused Sohan Singh. A case has also been registered against the wife of Sohan Singh, the main accused of post code-962.
Main accused Sohan Singh and suspended traffic inspector Ravi Kumar were also called for questioning by the special teams of Vigilance Hamirpur, investigating the Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Paper Leak case, because the question paper of Secretariat Clerk Recruitment was found in the mobile phones seized from both the accused.
Names of many big people may come to the fore –
After many important evidences found by Vigilance Police Station Hamirpur, the two main accused in the Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Examination, Sohan Singh and Ravi Kumar, have been arrested. According to Vigilance Hamirpur, more big names are going to be arrested in the post code 962 recruitment examination case.
Final Result of the Secretariat Recruitment Examination has not been declared yet. So far 13 FIRs have been registered in the Secretariat Clerk Recruitment Exam paper leak case.
SP Vigilance Mandi Rahulnath said that both the accused Sohan Singh and Ravi Kumar have been arrested after Vigilance found many important evidences against them.
Process of presenting both the accused Sohan Singh and Ravi Kumar in the Himachal Pradesh High Court has been started.
