By securing 203rd (AIR-203) rank, she showed that even a daughter from a backward village can reach great heights by studying with enthusiasm and passion.

Anil ji, father of Taruna Kamal, daughter of Ratti village of Balh Valley, is a cleaning contractor and by working very hard, today he has played an important role in fulfilling his daughter’s dream.

Taruna Kamal, daughter of Ratti village of Balh Valley, has completed her primary education till class 12th from a private school of Ratti village, after which daughter Taruna obtained Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar University, Palampur. She Got success in UPSC exam after taking UPSC Exam training from Chandigarh.
