Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sikhu has reached Keylong for a one-day visit to the tribal area Lahaul. CM Sukhu inaugurated the Sharad Utsav in Keylong. During the Visit CM Sukhu also started Indira Gandhi Samman Nidhi Yojana for Lahaul-Spiti Womens.

Under Indira Gandhi Samman Nidhi Yojana, thousands of women in Lahaul-Spiti district will get an amount of Rs 1500 each.

Apart from this, CM Sukhu also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various developmental schemes worth about Rs 70 crore in the Lahaul-Spiti district. During the Visit, Mandi MP Pratibha Singh and local MLA Ravi Thakur were also present with Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sikhu.
