A drug de-addiction center located in Parwanoo area of Solan district of Himachal Pradesh has once again come under the scanner. There has been panic in the entire Parwanoo area after fourteen girls undergoing treatment at the drug de-addiction center in Parwanoo in Solan district broke the windows and ran away. All the fourteen girls who had run away from the de-addiction center in Parwanoo have accused the operators and employees of the de-addiction center of serving poisonous doses of intoxicants and assaulting all the seventeen under-treated girls living in the de-addiction center along with many other serious allegations. The blame has fallen on the drug de-addiction center Parwanoo. Teams of Parwanoo police of Solan district reached the de-addiction center on the spot and started the investigation process.

Local people told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that many of the fourteen girls who escaped from the de-addiction center Parwanoo by breaking the windows have taken shelter in local houses in Parwanoo area. Fourteen girls undergoing treatment at the de-addiction center Parwanoo, most of them are from the neighboring states of Punjab and Haryana of Himachal Pradesh, according to the Solan district police administration. According to the information about the entire incident, a total of seventeen girls were undergoing treatment in a drug de-addiction center located in Parwanoo in Solan district of Himachal Pradesh, out of which fourteen girls ran away by breaking the windows.

On Saturday night, fourteen girls undergoing treatment at the de-addiction center Parwanoo escaped by breaking the glass windows. At present only three girls under treatment are left inside the drug de-addiction center Parwanoo, while the other fourteen girls under treatment have absconded. Teams of Parwanoo Police under Solan district have reached the de-addiction center and started the investigation process in the entire matter. Earlier, youths undergoing treatment at another de-addiction center in Parwanoo in Solan district had leveled allegations against the operators and employees of the de-addiction center for serving drugs.

Some time ago, a young man undergoing treatment at the de-addiction center Parwanoo had made a complete video of the employees working inside the de-addiction center taking drugs and sent it to his family members, due to which a huge uproar was created outside the de-addiction center Parwanoo. Himachal Pradesh government later issued a notification closing the de-addiction center Parwanoo with immediate effect. Many arrests were also made in the case of Complete De-addiction Center Parwanoo. But this first case of de-addiction center Parwanoo was not completely over and on Saturday night, several other serious allegations have been made against another de-addiction center Parwanoo, including serving drugs to girls and assault by the staffs.
