Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, April 14: Vishwa Hindu Parishad’s Nangal President Vikas Prabhakar Bagga was allegedly attacked and killed by unknown people at his shop. It is noteworthy that Vikas Prabhakar’s shop is located just 50 meters away from the Nanke family house of local MLA and Cabinet Minister Harjot Bains and is located on Railway Road, the main business institution of Nangal.

Let us tell you that the deceased used to work in a shop in the name of Sharma Confectionery on Railway Road. Giving information, the deceased’s neighbor Manish Verma, who runs a mechanic shop by profession, said that a person came to his shop who had gone to the shop of Vikas Prabhakar alias Bagga to get shampoo to get the car washed. And he saw from outside through the shop window that Vikas was lying in a pool of blood on the chair lying inside the shop.

Local people immediately took Vikas Prabhakar to Nangal Civil Hospital, where he died after emergency first aid. He told that the attackers were not seen by anyone, while at the same time suspicion is being raised on two masked people who came on a scooter in the CCTV installed in a shop.
As soon as information about the incident was received, police station in-charge Inspector Rajneesh Chaudhary along with DSP Ajay Singh from Anandpur Sahib and other police forces reached the spot and started investigation at the spot.
