Himachal News : Retired employees of Himachal Road Transport Corporation have appealed to the state government for a permanent solution for all the pensioners.

State Additional General Secretary of Himachal Transport Retired Employees Welfare Association, Surendra Kumar Sood said that for the last ten years, transport pensioners have been demanding a permanent pension solution from the government, but till date no permanent solution has been found.

He said that for the last ten months, retired employees are not getting their pension on time, due to which they are facing huge problems in supporting their families. He said that various allowances due since the year 2016 have not been given yet and medical bills of many employees are also pending.

He said – We have been fighting for pension for the last ten years so that there should be a permanent solution to it and pension should be given on time. But the previous government also did not do anything and it has been ten months since the next government came. This too Not doing anything.

Because the pension is sometimes received on the 12th, sometimes on the 15th, sometimes on the 20th. So there are some of our pensioners who depend on the pension only.
