Shimla – Notification and guidelines for regularizing all the contract employees who have completed two years of continuous service till March 31, 2024 in Himachal Pradesh have been issued by the Himachal Pradesh Government today, Monday, December 4.
Himachal Pradesh Government has issued all the guidelines and notifications for regularizing all the contractual employees who have completed two consecutive years of service by March 31, 2024.
All the contractual employees who have completed two years of continuous service by Himachal Pradesh Government till March 31, December 2024 will be regularized –
Himachal Pradesh Government has issued all the notifications and guidelines for regularization of all the contractual employees who have completed two consecutive years of government services till March 31, 2024.
The Himachal Pradesh government has issued guidelines to all the administrative secretaries, divisional commissioners, DCs as well as all the heads of departments of the state, saying that the services of all the contractual employees of Regularization orders will be issued under the terms and conditions issued by the Himachal Pradesh government.
Employees appointed on contract by the Government of Himachal Pradesh will be provided eligibility for regularization on the available vacant posts.

Also, as per the guidelines of Himachal Pradesh Government, regularization will be done entirely on the basis of seniority.
As per the order of the Government of Himachal Pradesh, it is also stated in the condition that at the time of their initial recruitment on the contract of regularization on the basis of seniority, the recruitment to the post as well as adherence to all the eligibility criteria prescribed in the promotion rules are also mentioned in the guidelines.
Along with this, Himachal Pradesh Government has also issued guidelines for all contractual employees to fulfill the requirement of medical fitness certificate for regularization.
Complete regularization will be done by the Government of Himachal Pradesh subject to all verification of the overall character of the candidate considered for regularization as well as the tenure of previous years in accordance with all the provisions of Himachal Pradesh.
Character verification of all contractual employees for regularization has also been made mandatory by the Himachal Pradesh government.
Besides, guidelines have also been issued by the Government of Himachal Pradesh to constitute a screening committee each in all the concerned departments of Himachal Pradesh to conduct the screening process of all the officers who have obtained all the eligibility for regularization.
Also, a notification has been issued to all the regular contractual employees of Himachal Pradesh to comply with the orders of appointment at any place by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
Himachal Pradesh Government has issued orders for general acceptance of regularization of services of all contractual employees after the date of issue of all orders for regularization of services.
