According to the report released by NCRB, one-third of the total cases registered against foreign nationals in the entire Himachal Pradesh in the year 2022 have been found to be related to the NDPS Act.

According to the report of the year 2022 released by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), the drug trade is increasing rapidly in Himachal Pradesh.

According to the report released by NCRB, out of all the hundred cases registered against foreign nationals in the year 2022 in the entire Himachal Pradesh, one third of the cases have been registered by Himachal Pradesh Police under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.

Hundred cases have been registered against foreign nationals under all types of criminal cases in Himachal Pradesh.

According to the NCRB crime report for the year 2022, thirty-five cases have been registered by the Himachal Pradesh Police under the NDPS Act.

According to the report released by NCRB, more than a hundred cases have been registered against foreign nationals under various sections under all other crimes.

According to the NCRB report for the year 2022, Himachal Pradesh Police has registered thirty-five cases under the NDPS Act, eight cases of theft, four cases of murder, four cases of injury, three cases related to sexual harassment and two cases of attempt to murder. These include two cases related to rape and kidnapping.

According to the NRCB report, Himachal Pradesh comes fourth in terms of state rank in the whole of India.

Also, according to the NRCB criminal cases report for the year 2022, one hundred and five cases have been registered in the state of Karnataka, eighty cases in Delhi, thirty eight cases in Maharashtra under the NDPS Act.

According to the data of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department, in the year 2022, a total of twenty nine thousand three hundred thirty three foreign citizens came to visit the tourist places of Himachal Pradesh.

Every year, a large number of foreign tourists gather in the Parvati Valley area along with the tourist city Manali in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.

Tourist city Manali and Parvati Valley of Kullu district are mainly known for the cultivation of hemp.

Also, due to the increasing number of foreign citizens, cases of drug addiction are increasing as cannabis, opium, cough syrup as well as intoxicating pills and chemical medicines are making their entry in the entire Himachal Pradesh.
