It has been decided to conduct the hearing process of all the important cases related to all cases, all the important cases related to the Special Performance Suits related to all instructions will be included in the National Lok Adalat.

Jitendra Kumar, Chief Secretary of Himachal Pradesh District Legal Services Authority, Kinnaur District, told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that while giving information about the National Lok Adalat, he said that under Section 138 of the Indian Constitution, on all cases of NI Act cases, cases related to recovery of money, cases related to labour disputes, cases related to electricity problems, cases related to water problems, cases related to maintenance and nutritious food, Matters relating to crimes, Matters relating to compoundable issues, Matters relating to civil and criminal, Matters relating to acquisition of land, Matters relating to services of employees, Matters relating to pension of employees, Matters relating to salaries of employees, Matters relating to HRTC employees, Matters relating to allowances, all matters relating to retirement of employees, all matters of Revenue Department pending in all the twelve District Courts of Himachal Pradesh and Himachal Pradesh High Court, Civil rents, easements, rights as well as alimony.
