At present, Khaki has controlled two members of the gang. Also expressed the possibility of other arrests. This gang used to come armed with country-made pistols to commit crimes. The police achieved this success after 10 days of hard work by scanning the CCTV cameras within a radius of 98 kilometers.

Animals were stolen on Mondays, so that they could be sold in the cattle market of Saharanpur on Tuesdays. On the night of March 4, the buffalo and cow of Surendra of Katola Dahar village of Sainwala were tied in the cattle shed like daily. Around 2:30 in the night he found a buffalo loose. During investigation it was found that the main gate and the door of the cattle shed were also open. Two buffaloes were also missing. He immediately went towards the road on the bike to search.

According to the SP, apart from sections 307 and 120 of the IPC, a case has been registered under the Arms Act. He said that accused Aslam and Saddam have been taken on police remand for five days. Five other cases of animal theft are also registered against the accused.

Accused Saddam used to sell Mohri, the rope used to tie animals. On this pretext, he used to do recce of animals in people’s homes in Himachal. After recce, animal smugglers used to cover the numberless tempo with tarpaulin and steal the animals on Monday night. Did not use mobile. Investigation has also revealed that cases of animal theft have been registered in other states also.
