Himachal News : Opposition leader Jairam Thakur has demanded from the state government to immediately restore basic facilities like roads, electricity and water affected by heavy rains and landslides.
He visited several areas of his home area Seraj and met more than 77 affected families to know their pain and suffering. Jairam Thakur said that the affected would be provided all possible help from the government.
He directed the officials to immediately restore rural roads, damaged electricity transformers and drinking water schemes.
Jairam Thakur said – Due to the damage done in this area, all the roads are blocked. Can be done immediately. There is a proper way for the children to come and go to the school. There is also a drain in the middle and the flow of water in this drain is very fast. The water is little but the flow is fast anytime. Some incident may happen.
We called it the one which has been made in the right way so that the danger to the children is reduced to some extent and the other is that in many villages where the water facility has not been able to run smoothly till now, the water system should reach there properly. . We have requested for the fact that there is no electricity at many places.
