For the first time in Himachal Pradesh, Conductor suspended for not joining duty after transfer, order of CM Sukhu
Bilaspur, February 27: The management of Himachal Road Transport Corporation Depot Bilaspur has suspended Bus Conductor on Monday. The Conductor was transferred from Kullu depot to Bilaspur HRTC depot. This is the first case of entire Himachal Pradesh being suspended in HRTC for not joining duty after transfer from Kullu depot to Bilaspur HRTC depot.
The transfer order of Conductor Vinay Kumar was made from Kullu depot to Bilaspur depot on 25 August 2023.
Conductor Vinay Kumar had not joined duty since the official orders, since then till now Conductor Vinay Kumar had remained absent from duty.
The Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has also issued orders to take strict action against the employees who do not join after transfers.

While there is a shortage of drivers and conductors, employees remaining absent from duty further increase the problems of HRTC management.
Conductor Vinay Kumar is still young and he is going to face a huge penalty for this negligence.
The HRTC depot management has stopped the benefits of suspended conductor Vinay Kumar for one year, this will also affect his promotion.
Conductor Vinay Kumar fears a loss of Rs 5 to 7 lakh for this negligence. The Conductor will be chargesheeted soon.
RM Vivek Lakhanpal of Himachal Road Transport Corporation Depot Bilaspur told that Conductor Vinay Kumar was to join Bilaspur after transfer, but even after being relieved from Kullu Depot after August 25, 2023, the Conductor Vinay Kumar did not join Bilaspur Depot. Till then he was absent. For this reason Conductor Vinay Kumar has been suspended on Monday. Now soon Conductor Vinay Kumar will be chargesheeted.
