Stay order to Hotel Wild Flower Hall by the court of Himachal Pradesh High Court –
Hotel Wild Flower Hall, located near Chharabra, Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh, was captured by the Himachal Pradesh government on Saturday.
Within a few hours of the Himachal Pradesh government taking over Hotel Wild Flower Hall, the management company of Hotel Wild Flower Hall had brought a stay order from the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
The most important decision taken by Himachal Pradesh High Court is to stay the order of taking possession of Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
A hearing has been held again in the court on Tuesday in the case of Sampoorna Hotel Wild Flower Hall and Himachal Pradesh Government.
Hotel Wild Flower Hall operator company management, in a very hasty manner, by the team sent by the Himachal Pradesh Government, took Hotel Wild Flower Hall under its control, disobeying all the important orders of the Himachal Pradesh High Court.
Himachal Pradesh High Court, while reserving its decision on all the petitions of Hotel Wild Flower Hall operator company management, said that all the options had been explored with the Himachal Pradesh Government.
Also, Himachal Pradesh High Court has rejected all the orders of Himachal Pradesh Government to take possession of the property of Hotel Wild Flower Hall with immediate effect.
For the last few years, a case is going on in the Himachal Pradesh High Court between the Government of Himachal Pradesh and the Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group regarding the entire property of Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
Due to which, on Saturday, teams of all the officials of Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department had captured the property of Hotel Wild Flower Hall.
On the entire matter, Himachal Pradesh Government’s Industries Minister Harsh Vardhan Chauhan told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that the action to confiscate the entire property of Hotel Wild Flower Hall was taken only after the permission of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group has to return approximately Rs 120 crore to the Himachal Pradesh government.
After which, due to the strong will of the Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu, the big issue of the entire Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group has been resolved.
All the tourists staying under Hotel Wild Flower Hall Group and those making online booking will not face any problem keeping in mind all the orders of Himachal Pradesh High Court.
The way Hotel Wild Flower Hall is being operated, the entire hotel will continue to be operated by the management company in the same manner.
