After releasing the first installment of the entire disaster relief amount in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, today the Himachal Pradesh government has transferred the first installment of Rs 31 crore to the accounts of about 4,848 families out of all the 7,200 disaster affected families of Mandi district under the special relief package amount. It has been credited through Direct Beneficiary Transfer (DBT) process.

The first amount of the installment was released by Honorable Chief Minister Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu during a program organized in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh on Monday.

During this, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu presented before the public the complete information about the losses due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh.

During the program, Mandi District MP and Himachal Pradesh Congress President Pratibha Singh, Bharatiya Janata Party MLA Sadar Assembly Anil Sharma and former minister Kaul Singh Thakur also registered their presence on the occasion.

Jairam Thakur is coward, does not have the courage to ask for Himachal Pradesh special relief package from Prime Minister Narendra Modi – CM Sukhu

Honourable Chief Minister Shri Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was seen fiercely targeting the Bharatiya Janata Party for continuously doing active politics in the heart-wrenching disaster in Himachal Pradesh.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Monday distributed disaster relief funds to the victims of the heart-wrenching natural disaster that struck Himachal Pradesh at Paddal Maidan in Mandi district.

Chief Minister Sukhu said that the first installment of disaster relief amount of Rs 3 lakh each was released today to all the house owners who were completely damaged in Mandi district.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur is constantly afraid. Jairam Thakur does not even have the courage to unite the Himachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party Legislative Party and go to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demand a special disaster relief package for the residents of Himachal Pradesh.

Accusing Jairam Thakur, Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Jairam Thakur did not have the courage to approach Prime Minister Narendra Modi. I myself have expressed my concern about the heart-wrenching conditions of rains, landslides and floods in Himachal Pradesh. Along with declaring Himachal Pradesh a national disaster, special relief package amount was offered not once but twice for Himachal Pradesh.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that if Jairam Thakur has even a little shame left, then he should take all the MLAs of the Bharatiya Janata Party along with him and go before the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and demand a special relief package amount for Himachal Pradesh.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in Himachal Pradesh, there has been a loss of more than twelve thousand crore rupees.

Due to which, a claim settlement of Rs. 10,000 crores is made for Himachal Pradesh, but the Central Government of Honorable Narendra Modi has not been able to release this claim settlement amount till now.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that due to Himachal Pradesh getting the special relief package amount, if an amount of fifty lakh rupees is spent on building a newly constructed road within a radius of one kilometer in Himachal Pradesh, then the same amount of rupees should be approved from the Central Government, but the Central Government approves only an amount of one lakh thirty six thousand rupees as claim settlement amount.

On the other hand, Chief Minister Sukhu said that Himachal Pradesh Government is continuously actively demanding special disaster relief package amount for Himachal Pradesh from the Government of Honourable Narendra Modi Ji, so that the relief and rehabilitation works in the entire Himachal Pradesh as well as all the pending projects can be completed. Reconstruction works can be completed at a rapid pace.

Chief Minister Sukhu said that the former Bharatiya Janata Party government of Himachal Pradesh had worked so inefficiently that the Central Government’s financial assistance to Himachal Pradesh had been reduced due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in the previous years. Himachal Pradesh State Disaster Relief Fund has also failed to collect the installment amount of Rs 315 crore from the Modi government at the Centre.

Chief Minister Sukhu said that the previous BJP government had failed to get all the minor objections of the Accountant General of Himachal Pradesh removed by the Bharatiya Janata Party government, but our Congress government has also removed all the objections of the Accountant General. Due to which our government has received an amount of Rs 190 crore under that fund and the remaining amount will also be received from the Central Government.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that a Union Minister Anurag Thakur is talking about giving an affidavit to the Himachal Pradesh Government on the disaster relief amount received from the Centre.

Former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur is saying that Himachal Pradesh should thank the Central Government for the disaster relief amount received. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that I want to tell Jairam Thakur ji that the day Himachal Pradesh receives special disaster relief amount, I will personally present myself in front of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to thank him.

Bharatiya Janata Party’s Jairam Thakur government is not able to stand with the Congress government in the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in Himachal Pradesh.

The entire people of Himachal Pradesh are standing with the Himachal Pradesh Government.

Bharatiya Janata Party has done a lot of politics due to the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in Himachal Pradesh, and is also busy doing politics in the name of disaster relief funds for the Himachal Pradesh government.

The Bharatiya Janata Party has not fulfilled its full responsibility of standing with the people in the entire situation of disaster caused by the heart-wrenching rains, floods and landslides in Himachal Pradesh.

MLAs are buying tents with their own pocket money.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that an MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party from Mandi district is seen continuously threatening the district officials to buy a tent. BJP MLA is buying tents for the people from his own pocket money. The BJP MLA is not doing this himself, rather he is seen continuously blaming all the sick officers.

What good work did you do for the people of Mandi after becoming CM?

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that Jairam Thakur ji should first of all tell that while holding the post of Chief Minister, he has done even one good work for the people of Mandi.

Jairam Thakur ji cannot tell, because he has constructed buildings in the name of rest house in Seraj assembly constituency itself, all the buildings of which are lying vacant today.

If development work had been done and building construction work had been done in Mandi city, it would have been used for housing the disaster affected people after the heart-wrenching rains, landslides and floods in Himachal Pradesh today, but former Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur ji did not do any work. Has not worked.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that the Chief Minister is not the Chief Minister of any region or district, but of the entire Himachal Pradesh.
