Efforts are on to restore normalcy in the state after the damage caused by heavy rains and floods in the recent past. Roads are still blocked at many places and electricity, water and communication services remain affected.

Due to floods, Kullu and Mandi districts are the most affected areas. In these districts, public and private property have suffered extensive damage due to floods. The Kullu Manali National Highway is completely closed due to floods.

Because of this, more than 250 vehicles are stuck in Solan and Nehru Kund. The national highway of Kullu-Manali has been closed since last July. The vehicles that are there are stuck.

And the government of the state is trying to make life normal as soon as possible, due to this work is going on on a war footing for the last few days and in some districts of the state, many roads have been opened for the common people and the rest of the roads are also fine.
