Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kangra, March 12: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu said that the state government is working with full vigilance and caution to stop corruption and more strict laws will be made to stop it completely. He said this while addressing a public meeting in Fatehpur assembly constituency of Kangra district.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu announced opening of civil court in Fatehpur, construction of martyr memorial in Fatehpur, construction of sewerage system in Fatehpur and Raja Ka Talab, naming of Ray College after late Sujan Singh Pathania, Rs 75 lakh for the renovation of the historical pond in Raja Ka Talab, Re-opening of Nangal Patwar Circle, construction of 33 KV sub-station at Talara-Dak-Guriyal-Chakbari and opening of PCDO farm of Horticulture Department.

The Chief Minister Laid the foundation stone of upgradation work of Gholi Pul Paplah Khas Banal to Jakhada Khas road at a cost of Rs 5.28 crore, upgradation work of Chhabad to Kohli road at a cost of Rs 8 crore, upgradation work of Bhograwan to Samlet Khas road at a cost of Rs 10.38 crore, Laying the foundation stone of the construction work of Dini-Kumbh-Dhanada road under NABARD at a cost of Rs 6.95 crore, laying the foundation stone of Rajiv Gandhi Government Day-Boarding School Manjhar at a cost of Rs 5 crore, Laying the foundation stone of Bharal Khad bridge on Dehri-Kandor road at a cost of Rs 10.21 crore, improvement work of sewerage scheme and drinking water scheme for Raihan-1 and Raihan-2 panchayats at a cost of Rs 19.36 crore, Laying the foundation stone of 800 meter bridge over river Vyas from Terrace to Sthana at a cost of Rs 03.65 crore, laying the foundation stone of Indoor Stadium Raihan at a cost of Rs 10 crore, laying the foundation stone of Bus Stand Complex Fatehpur at a cost of Rs 15 crore, Laying of foundation stone of police station building Raihan at a cost of Rs 8 crore, foundation stone of public library Raihan at a cost of Rs 5 crore, foundation stone of industrial area Jakhabar (Fatehpur) at a cost of Rs 15 crore and cow sanctuary Tatwali at a cost of Rs 9 crore.
